The Sweet Smell Of Sucess!!!

          

           This is an Real experience i came across which is one of the ladder i climbed  to put myself in Spot light. it was my new job and am very new to Japan its being three months passed in a department which i placed. I was trying hard to learn those people and environment. I got a project to join in eight members of team am the one of the  junior and inexperienced member.

           Project is to do an RCA ( Root Cause Annalise) for a customer escalation. Problem  is a new premise was constructed for Processing center in Tokyo building is big expensive. Three floors is for some customer Process. First floor is for customer waiting lobby second and third is the processing center. customers is complain that staff wasting their time in processing so customers switching to some other banks which makes our bank to loosing our valuable customers and this complaint is escalated to higher level. our team investigated past and present customers and staffs. after gathering the information we done a motion study for timing which we cant reduce less than three hours 1.30 hours is needed for government approval 30 minutes if for our process and due to the customers flow will take 45 minutes to  1 hour so it take customers valuable time of 3 hours which is negotiable. after an RCA Our team head submit the report to increase the man power and work station which is not possible we don't have adequate space to increase. so they advice to switch the building premise. our HO is not satisfied with this solution because switching to another premise is big expensive. already huge amount is invested  for present premise.

             Actually Japanese Mentality is they want to busy with some thing may be books, games, what ever they don't like to sitting idle. with this scoop i suggest an idea. Why cant we entertain our customer during there waiting time. but my project head and members Laughed at me but my superiors and HO is just ask me to try that. so i installed flat computers monitors in waiting lobby which flashed with News head lines, weather forecast, Sports News. Some trivia  GK questions & answers & filled the premise with interesting stuffs like Indian Paintings and sculpture, and some musics to smooth the Ears...Believe it or not customers were really enjoyed those environment reading the news and soothed and relaxing music brings the escalation to Zero. This creative solution for a problem makes me a mark in my carrier. i was appreciated  where ever crisis raised my superiors refer my Name.

              No matter what job you take, not a day will pass without some kind of problem. certain basic skills can equip you to turn those problems into opportunities. become a problems solver where you work, and you'll make yourself an asset to your company.

       We all have seen various faces of Love. Most commonly Love of Guy & girl. We don’t know why they fallen in love but something make them to fall in to it someone die for their love some live with it. Some time I wonder what is the core of love what they expect from they loved one. Is just the love?  No we expect more than the love from our love for what cause we loving them there must be the various reason some don’t have reason but still they love but no one understand the value of love. Being loved is better than loving someone.

       Well we all love our Mother, Sister, Father, Pets, Automobiles, fancy stuffs, Etc....  but how many of us love our earth. It’s very hard to hear very few of us do so. Every One says that they love this Earth but does it really sense? What we do for our love? Everyone have to realize that this earth is Loving us because of that unconditional love from this earth we all are alive. Earth has given lots of things for her love. Place, water, Air, food, etc ....all those sources of Nature is this Earth given for us for her love! But think what we done for her love? Due to our negligence we spoiled and polluted this earth which is not she deserve for her love. We keep on losing everything but be aware losing her love is killing our self.

             What is the best thing to give for our children’s or upcoming generation other than this beautiful earth thinks because of our negligence and carelessness they are going to suffer for our mistakes. Love this earth this is the time to  reciprocate for her love as MJ said Heal the world Make it better place to live it’s the only thing we can give for our children’s  Love this Earth & Save this Earth. Let’s show this universe that Love makes this Earth Beautiful.

Come Back Krish!!!!! Again We live our crazy boys life without no worries of tomorrow.

           

                        Its being two years passed still nothing is refilled the emptiness caused by you in my heart. Really some thing is missing in my heart. When ever  I got a chance to  met our friends they told me that time heals every thing but My heart didn’t accept those words I just smiled them and walk away without a word. Only i can feel the pain behind the smile no words to express.

                      I remember our first meeting it was an hot sunny day in a month of June schools reopens and I was  very new to that place & school I just stepped in with a blank mind in the class room yes still I remembers the only face which smiles at me where else other staring at me. Without a word you just smiled & moved your  self a bit to give a space next to you that day I gave a special space for you in my heart. I have a Lots of  your evergreen memories in my mind. You spent most of the time with me some times I surprised looking at u is kind a looking me in a mirror coz whenever I laughed, cried, shouted, enjoyed you  do the same with me.  I know lots of times I put  you in trouble you done your best of hiding my mistakes safe guarding me from lots of things. When ever I go in wrong way your hand which pulls me  back & place me as a good guy in front of others.

                      When ever I fell down physically or mentally. When ever I looks for a third hand at the very next moment I realize that your hands holding me tightly you never allow me to fall down. You reads me very well I liked the way u speaks  in your eyes most of time when I comes with a question you replied with your eyes.

                      The day you left me I just thought I lost a key in my life.. I don’t know why its happens to me am loosing  one by one of my trump cards. I miss you hardly …. if I know that you will leave me so early I wont let you in India &  flew far away from you. The last day we meet since it still in front of my eyes. Its in Chennai Airport  without knowing it was my last day with You .You hold my hands for long time hugged me kissed me.. when I moved from you just turned to wave at u I saw your eyes filled with tears still u manage  to smile at me waving your hands in air.  I don’t know where I will see That easy smile,  I don’t know where can I get that big hug in a sweated jersey at Loyola soccer ground  where could I found your sweat smell.  I love you Krish ..RIP:(………… Pls come back Krish  Again I  want to live the crazy boys life without no worries of tomorrow.
